• Advertisers may not cancel orders for advertising after the booking deadline, which is the 15th day of the previous month before advertisement is to be placed.
• All advertisements must be paid on time in order to insure ad placement. ILCM reserves the right to cancel any advertisement that has not been paid for by the payment due date.
• In the event of copy instructions not received by the material deadline, ILCM reserves the right to repeat a previous advertisement of the same size or run a house advertisement for which the advertiser will be liable for full payment.
• ILCM reserves the right to decline any advertisement.
• Charity Discount: a 25% charity discount is allowed for recognized charitable organizations, when the billing is to the charity and the charity complies with the payment terms.
