The International Ladies' Club of Macau (ILCM) welcomes English speakers of all nationalities,
backgrounds and interests. We organize social and cultural activities, orchestrate great fundraising events, and assist Macau charities through community services and monetary grants.
Inaugurated in 1982, and registered as a charity in 1984, ILCM engages in projects that help support over twenty charities in Macau. Since our inception, we have donated over MOP 5 million to charity. The organisation is served by an executive committee that is nominated and voted for each year and provides members with full accountability of financial statements (how the funds are spent on charities), achievements, archives, and future projects.
We assist newcomers to settle into their new environment and organize activities of interest to members, their families and spouses, and to friends and visitors. Members enjoy opportunities to meet people and make new friends, to discover interesting and useful local information, and to learn about the unique culture and traditions of Macau.
Membership
We enjoy a diverse membership from all over the world - male and female, young and old, married and single, with or without children. Members receive our monthly newsletter - a welcome link to the local community - that is full of information about social activities and upcoming events. Annual membership fee of just MOP 500 provides all members with a monthly newsletter, e-news updates, sponsor promotions and discounts.
